Low
viscosity acrylic binder that penetrates and seals.
DESCRIPTION:
DENARE SEALER/PRIMER is a clear, low viscosity
binder solutions, which penetrates and seals absorbent substrates,
preventing dusting. DENARE SEALER/PRIMER may be applied to
absorbent building materials such as concrete, slate and sandstone
to assist in resisting moisture, stains and dirt to give a self
cleaning surface. It is non-yellowing and UV resistant giving it
excellent external durability.
USES: DENARE
SEALER/PRIMER is water and oil resistant and is also splash
and spillage resistant to many chemicals. It is suitable for most
trafficable floors and walls that are subjected to frequent cleaning.
TYPICAL
USES ARE:
- New and old concrete pavement.
- Pavers-concrete, unglazed terracotta, slate.
- Floors or facias of sandstone, slate and marble.
- Concrete curing membrane.
- Factories, showrooms, car parks.
- Primer for water-based membranes and coatings.
INSTALLATION DETAILS:
- Suitable substrates should be clean, sound, free from oil,
curing compounds and other contaminates. Dense concrete should
be etched.
- For concrete curing apply as soon as concrete is firm and
free of surface water. Use 8-10mē/Lt.
- For weathered or aged concrete, water blast or acid etch
and rinse. When dry apply one or two coats of DENARE SEALER/PRIMER
at 6-10mē/Lt.
- For clean dry sandstone apply two or three coats at 6-8mēLt.
- For a priming coat apply at 6mē/Lt.
- May be applied by brush, roller or low pressure spray. Extra
care needed to ensure an even film thickness.

PRECAUTIONS: Follow
normal coating procedures. Wear protective clothing. Provide adequate
ventilation if applied in confined spaces. Avoid contact with eyes
and skin. Aviod breathing vapour. Keep out of reach of children.
