They allow the easy placement of paving slabs on roofs, plaza decks, balconies and other areas where a well-drained and leveled surface is required. Versipave® ensure rapid drainage of surface water and avoid ponding even when the substrate has inadequate structural falls. Rainwater outlets are concealed and can be placed wherever required. Usage Versipave® eliminate the need to use joint sealants. Expansion and contraction of the paving slabs can take place without unsightly surface cracks and the need for regular inspection and maintenance. The void between the substrate and the paving slab improves the thermal insulation of the roof and reduces the effects of structure-borne noise. Although services are concealed when using Versipave®, ready access to service points may be gained.    Versipave® with chocks in place  Versipave® View Data Sheet Adjustable Paver Supports Applications Versipave® may be used with a wide range of paving slabs including pre-cast reinforced or pressed concrete, natural stone and marble pavers. They are suitable for use on: • Roofs • Plaza Decks • Balconies • Swimming Pools • Verandas • Courtyards  Versipave® significantly reduce paving slab installation costs and provide greater design flexibility. Paving slabs supported on Versipave® are easily removed, minimising disruptions to the building occupants when alterations are necessary. Versipave® units may be stored away and re-used. Versipave® consist of a circular base with a rounded edge divided into quadrants. Each pedestal has a 24mm high raised rectangular support. The sturdy flat surface at the top of each support means the Versipave® supports may be used without additional accessories. Where required, the height of each support is adjustable in increments of approximately 1mm up to 35mm high using optional individual chocks. Minor adjustments may also be made using pieces of self-adhesive tape or membrane. Alignment and uniform spacing between the pavers are achieved by the incorporation of spacers at each quadrant.
